#2 Mix the first five ingredients in a bowl. 

#3 Remove the ribs` membrane from the back and cut every rack into two.

#4 Take all four pieces and season them using the above mixture. Take 18 x 24 in sheets of aluminum foil. Ensure you double-wrap every piece independently. 

#5 Clean the cooking grates before placing the ribs, after which it’s safe to place them over the indirect heat, leave them for 60 minutes, and shut the grill. You can check on the ribs occasionally as you turn them so they can cook evenly. But be careful not to cut the foil.
